The 2012 Convention & Trade Show are just around the corner! We are looking forward to seeing all of our delegates and exhibitors in Scottsdale. Read on for a few last minute reminders and tips.

• If you are traveling with golf clubs, give them to the bellman upon your arrival at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Golf club storage is complimentary to our delegates staying at the resort. Just let the bellman know if you are playing in the tournament Thursday morning, and the clubs will be there waiting for you in your cart.
• Luggage handling and housekeeping fees are charged directly to your room folio. There is no need to tip extra.
•  We have negotiated complimentary self parking for our attendees. Valet parking is available for a fee.
•  Pack your workout clothes and enjoy complimentary access to the resort's fitness center.  (The spa fitness center is available to spa clients)
•  Fairmont Presiden't Club.  If you are not a member yet, sign up online for benefits such as free high-speed internet in your guestroom at Fairmont hotels and resorts.
